I have 4 kids and early starts every single day, earliest being 4:55 for an early work shift, normally the kids are awake by 6am. I work 6 days of early, late and the 2 night shifts. It really does play havoc with your body clock.
I used to always feel tired, then I hit the gym and rectified my diet and now, I'm just slightly tired every day 
I'm a night owl, so struggle to sleep, unless it's on the sofa in front of the TV! As soon as I hit the sack...PING! my brain wakes up |
