Best Shower Gel/soap for sensative skin.

Hello all

I have very sensitive skin and have to be careful what soap and shower gel to use.

I have been bale to keep getting a supplie of nutralia shower gel but can no longer get it.

Does anyone know of an alternative that wont shred my skin?

What do you guys use?

It would have to be very, very mild and not have lots of irritant ingredients in it.

I have tried the simple stuff and it causes me issues,

It has to be the ingredients in it, but I cant believe that nutralia is the only thing in the world I can use....

I use one called octenisan which was prescribed by my doctor to combat an irritating blocked hair follicle on my head. I now use it daily all over and its been excellent.

If your skin is that bad surely the doctor can prescribe something for you to use?

its only bad when the wrong type of gel/soap is used. When I am using Nutralia there is pretty much no problem at all. When I use something else after a couple of days my skin (in certain areas goes red and soar and cracks)

Is it one that you can use every day?

Does a little go a long way? seems a bit pricey but that's ok if it lasts...

Yes you can use it every day twice daily if you wish, I do on my face and use it to shower with for both body and hair.

It's a watery substance which goes a really long way.
