there are lots of body weight exerices you can do - I'm a bit fan of burpees and often do 8 sets of 5 (supersetting with aided dips - with a stretchy band) when doing my push routine
- watch from around 6:50 for good technique...bloke in green jumper.. that's a nice fluid movement and certainly gets the heart rate going...
kettlebells too... tho, you need a decent weight |
