Anyone use? I love their stuff and pay for the lot and use several of their apps, Runtastic Pro, Runtastic Me, Runtastic Results. And occasionally I'll dip into their pull ups app or press Up's app too.
Anyway, currently using the Runtastic Results which is like bodyweight HIIT circuit, 3 times a week. Normally made up of 4 or 5 exercises and ready workout is different. Has videos to show you each move and includes warm up and stretching after. I'm finding it to be fantastic.
So I'm wondering if anyone else here uses them? I'm looking for some "friends" to populate the inbuilt news feed and to monitor progress and give and get encouragement etc. Has the option to use Facebook friends but I come off Facebook ages ago so I thought I'd try here.
So what do you guys think about the Runtastic apps and what do you use? |
