Joined a gym 3 years ago, never really tracked anything other than body fat, visceral fat & muscle mass. Never checked heart rate whilst exercising or know if I'm doing enough each session really.
I need to get back to it properly as I'm in worse condition than I was a couple of years ago.
I just do free weights & resistance work, generally high reps at about 80%. I sometimes do enough until I can't go on, but more often than not just my push, pull or leg routine with a few tweaks here & there. I can't stand cardio machines so don't use them.
I spend 45mins-1hr in the gym 3 times a week. I want to get that up to 4 times in the New Year.
Has anyone got any good Apple Watch Apps to help me track stuff, especially how well I'm found each session / calorie burnt etc.
And also interested in any routines following my above schedule & methods, just to freshen stuff up a bit.
