I don't usually cook for one , when I do though ( work shifts ) and I come home in the morning from a 12 hour shift its an omelette, and a cheese one at that. Four eggs , a tad of milk, salt n pepper in the small frying pan ( so you can fluff it up to a decent thickness ) and then add the grated cheese to your taste , fold and done. Couple of rounds of toast and perfect. |
