We're having a new kitchen fitted over the next couple of weeks, and although I have a make shift kitchen in the utility room, we'll be without an oven, grill & hob throughout.

Of course I have BBQ's to use, but looking at the current weather I probably won't want to be out there for the entire two weeks.
So I'm after meal ideas using just a microwave, kettle & slow cooker.

Not a lot of worktop space available so I'm after quick to prepare, one pot type meals. And nothing that needs browning off before putting into a slow cooker.

What have you got?

might be worth looking at a table top induction hob. cheap to buy now and still able to have a fry up. use one when camping with 3 girls in tow.

Don't really ever fry anything, and can steam veg in the microwave.

But now you mention it, I do have a couple of gas camping hobs too

That will be factored in, obviously, but gets quite expensive [emoji3]

Curry, chilli, spag bol, stew, chunky veg soup, takeaway, pub. That's 7 days there. Start from the beginning each week.

If you have 2 camping stoves shouldn't be an issue for all of the above.

Aldi do one for about £40. I seen it yesterday.
When we got our kitchen done back end of last year we bought one (they actually reduced it to £25 as it was the last one). It worked very well.

they are a good option as long as you have the right type of cookware.
