I have now taken my steak cooking to the next level with a blow torch.

Bought a blow torch, regulator and pipe from Machine Mart and changed my Calor patio bottle over to the higher pressure red bottle and decided to blow torch my steak. This was ferocious and chard it both sides in about 20 seconds.

This blows the other steaks out of the water.
