I've been told by a specialist that both of my feet are so damaged by arthritis and ruptured ligaments that I need to wear Richie Braces, have surgery to remove excess bone growth, and have hydrocortisone injections monthly, for the rest of my life. If I don't have these, I'll be in a wheelchair in a couple of years. So I've had plaster casts taken and the braces will be ready in 4 weeks or so. And although I've seen photos, read testimonials etc, I've no idea what to expect.
Do any of you have to wear these? |
