Well done, you have done fantastically well.
Don't over think or over complicate it, you want to burn fat which means you want to use the fat as energy stores.
If you start taking caffeine and energy drinks to help you get through training then you will use that as energy and not the stored fat, plus you will store unused "energy" from that plus you don't know if you are going to need it.
My advice would be for you to not push yourself hard, so you can do a little and often rather than kill yourself once it twice a week for about 45 minutes each...
And drinking hot water and cold water and peppermint tea and lemon and lemon and ginger tea can help with the bloating etc. |
