Well done, you have done fantastically well.
Don't over think or over complicate it, you want to burn fat which means you want to use the fat as energy stores.
If you start taking caffeine and energy drinks to help you get through training then you will use that as energy and not the stored fat, plus you will store unused "energy" from that plus you don't know if you are going to need it.
My advice would be for you to not push yourself hard, so you can do a little and often rather than kill yourself once it twice a week for about 45 minutes each...
And drinking hot water and cold water and peppermint tea and lemon and lemon and ginger tea can help with the bloating etc.

To add to this if you do push too hard,  you'll too fatigued the following day to do anything else and secondly you'll be risking injury. Slow and steady in fitness wins the race

to an extent...I'm currently exercising 5 nights a week (tho, Friday is yoga, but still hard going to an extent!) and you build upto it... but some supplements allow you to push through the normal barrier as does experience..

Yes, Energy drinks are msut if you workout as it keeps you hydrated throughout your workout.

Unless you're exercising for over an hour then an energy drink shouldn't be needed. Stick with water, and include a hydration tablet or switch to an electrolyte drink if you start to get cramp.

Your money is better spent on a recovery drink IMO.
