We have a liver to detox for us, no need for any detox diets. Clearly if you eat a lot of cr&p then stop eating it to give your liver an easier job.

My sister is an Aloe Vera rep and she does the detox every year with my bro in law too.  My mum and dad drink Aloe Vera every morning.  I can’t get into it myself though.
