I eat two eggs and half a bowl of oats and cornflakes.
Train.
Lunch is protein food/fruit/carbs/veg
Evening same as lunch.
I don't drink shakes or take any other supplements, I don't see the point. Just eat healthy foods and have the occasional pizza.
One of my fave recipes is crispy chicken using cream crackers instead of bread crumbs. It's a Jamie Oliver recipe. Really tasty. |
