Description:this lift was after dirty bulking for a long time. I didn’t know of elbow sleeves,wrist wrap, elbow wraps, or belt. Thus I didn’t use them.
Me this year up north at 17y/o
Body weight-245lbs(-70lb)
Bench-315lbs( 35lb)
Description:was cutting for 10 months losing 85lbs from 330 my heaviest. But stuck on lifting and actually built a good amount of muscle during the cut and upped bench 35lbs in a year. Also used belt wrist wraps elbow sleeves and elbow wraps, but do not think they made me lift more |
