I wouldn't worry too much about any labels. If you are not happy about your body, go and do something about it. Depending on what your goal is, if you want to get bigger and put on some muscle, you need a good base. Especially at the beginning, it is not that important what exercise you do (full body workout will do). What is important is that you do them on regular basis, do them well with proper form and intensity, eat well, sleep well and keep it simple. |
