I had a multi-gym before in the past and it was never used, just gathered dust. I then joined a gym for a month or two and got to know which equipment I liked and used the most and then invested in that for home use. I liked free weights so bought a power rack, barbell, dumbell, plates, few accessories and a stationary bike for cardio. All new but tbh I'd try and look for something used. Unlike AV equipment there's no danger in buying something fudged if you view before buying. Something more mechanical like a rowing machine though is a different matter. |
