This was a really well marbled rib eye from a local butcher that was thin, so rare would not suit and came out really well for our tastes.

Looks good mate, love the cheffy spoon slide on the mash had a crock pot chicken tonight in orange garlic and thyme everyone’s new favourite which is great as easy one pot dinner
