Great thread, lots to put up here share some of my weird dishes that work but I’ll wait to chef them up first so get some pics, a good excuse to make Them!!
Peanut butter on lightly salted rice cakes. I never ate either until a nutritionist/personal trainer told me how to snack reasonably healthily.
I’ve been dreadful this week, capped it off with finding an Easter egg no-one seemed to want & scoffing it whilst they’re all out. So I need healthy but tasty snacks in the fridge.
Just made a sweet potato, pepper, onion & spinach bottomless flan. It’s bloody lovely & a slice of this when you’re peckish is a little better than that Thornton’s snack from earlier
