Air source heat pump to air outlet

Had a rep come to my retail business and offer an external air source heat pump with a distributer in the unit.

I currently have expensive electrical blow heaters but the saving seems to good to be true. Install cost is 3.5k for a single outlet or 4.2k for two outlets in the shop and one pump. Electricity bill is 2.5k pa and I use energy saving bulbs.

Anyone have any experience of air source heat pumps and if they really are cost saving? The retail unit had an energy certificate rating of F so not too well insulated.
