Any DIY Solar users?

I'm looking at installing a small solar system into my shed for things like battery charging, radio etc.

probably a 100w panel and a leisure battery, but I know that once I've started tinkering with something like this I wont be able to stop myself

anyone on here in a similar situation and have a small solar system? if so please share!

Inverters that step up from 12v to 240v are good value these days. So if you choose a 12v solar system with car batteries you can power things in your shed. Good luck.
