Smart Meter display not working - help needed

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a reading from my electric meter, but for some reason the display is not working. I'm hoping there may be a button I can press that will reset the display so it shows the reading...and maybe one or 2 of you out there might know how.

The meter I have was fitted by EDF, so is an Aclara SGC1311 / SGM1312 (SGM1300 series). I could not find any instructions on Aclara's website for it, and this was the only info I could really get:

UK Electricity and Gas Smart Metering has something on your 1312 meter from EDF.

Or ask your supplier/EDF?

My smart meter went mental and lost connection. I had to call British Gas and they sent an engineer out to fix it.
