Just months after online discounts were removed for E.ON customers, the big six supplier has announced a price rise on its standard variable tariff: a 4.8% rise hits customers from August 16.
Those on standard variable tariffs have been dealt another blow today as Co-operative Energy have announced a price rise of 5.2%. That makes 25 price rises so far in 2018, with at least one price rise from each of Britain’s 10 biggest energy suppliers.
