Maybe the EU thinks Europe isn't diverse enough yet. Or that our we need to be culturally enriched by non western ways to better our countries and lives. European birth rates are down also so importing men to do the job for us and have nine kids will boost our own birth rates.

Can be anyone. A few 1000 brits could go to Africa, China, Antarctica and drink heavily, take our shirts off, whistle at there women etc. That would be enriching their culture with ours.
