Yep the usual smear by association, even when that association is just signing up as a volunteer amongst hundreds in an aid convoy (which he did organise according to the story - "Muslim convert Kotey was a volunteer aboard the “Viva Palestine” convoy to Gaza organised by Mr Galloway in 2009"), then years later becoming a murderous fanatic. Heard about this on Sky News' press preview, and was not impressed by the Sun's political editor implying that it reflected Galloway's poor judgement about the company he keeps - other stuff certainly might, but not this. Party leaders have been up to worse, deliberately protecting known paedophiles.

Yes, George does lead an adventurous political life - always on the edge of what is acceptable and what is not.

So quite understand the Tory news media pimping old information and firing it off to the delight of the open-mouthed.

I don't agree with much of what he says or what he stands for but he will have my respect for going over to the US Senate and tearing them a new one. How many UK Politicians could turn around and say they've done that after accusations put against them?
