Ed Balls - A 'Muttering Idiot'?

PMQs got a bit heated today with Cameron losing his temper and calling Ed Balls a "muttering idiot"

Personnally I loathe Mr Balls with a passion - but I don't think the Prime Minister does himself any favours by being so confrontational.  Not least because it is not really true is it?  Balls doesn't 'mutter' - he shouts and screams - yes, it is complete ******** but it is never 'muttered'.

Just shows what an arrogant man Cameron is, resorting to cheap jibes. But, calm down dear, he's still bringing up the same old 'it's the mess you left us with'. Getting a little tired of that one as well Dai boy.

I won't defend Cameron, he shouldn't rise to this.

But Ed Balls is not beyond criticism, his behaviour in the HoC is pretty shocking and he should be held to account for it.

As for the "the mess you left us with".  Well it is.  This is a five year  plan to eliminate the deficit.  Did you expect the coalition to be able to fix that mess within two years without any pain?

It was unparliamentary and the Speaker rightly chastised the Prime Minister for it, saying that, I can't blame Cameron as Ed Ball really is a bit of an idiot (IMHO of course )
