So now Tyson Fury is in trouble.
We know he is a few pence short of a pound, and a lot of what he says is not even worth a seconds thought. But to strip him of his title? Police called to investigate?

Come on.... I know our freedom to say things these days is severely restricted to what it was years ago, but it now seems we all have to be on the same page (check with BBC as to what page) before you can say anything.

Was in the car and didn't hear that that was unrelated. Lot's of talk about Sports Personality of the Year awards and whether he should be dropped.

Anyway, I have no interest in him his views or his title. Just alarmed that is the way we are going these days.
In the future we could see the headline- Man arrested for Ignorance and spouting comments that do not comply with current thinking!
Will be sent to re education camp.

The SPOTY nomination controversy isn't a surprise, it's supposed to take into account the public personality not just the sporting achievement. Frank Bruno was pretty much the same sort of ******** (possibly much worse) - but they were different times .
