Fair enough.

I really don't know what 'the establishment' really means. Always found that a bit of a weird statement. But hey ho....

If this party can be strict and keep unwanted extremists (right and left) out of it, it could have the potential to tell the traditional parties yet again to get their act together and represent the will of the people....

The establishment is not a simple thing to define.

But Wikipedia has a pretty good go at it. See the UK section.

Why is it remainers appear to know the reasons why the leave vote won? Of course these are always along the lines above.
It is only natural that we see known politicians form a party. A group of unknowns would have little traction.
We know Nigel Farage is a force to be reckoned with. We also know this country is being led into a deal which makes us beholden to the EU. Corbyn and May are hopeless. The only deal we have is one that the EU agrees with! We need fresh input.

Regardless of whether the deal is good/bad, isn’t this the point of a deal?

Yes and no. The election manifesto suggested that it isn't the point....

I thought Change UK had registered back in March?  Not that I expect them to make much of an impact mind...

The election manifesto clearly stated that no deal is better than a bad deal. So whilst I agree that a deal requires agreement, that doesn’t mean it is a good deal. This is a bad deal, and it isn’t even the deal as it is only a withdrawal agreement. So strictly speaking it is a bad deal and it isn’t even a deal.

Nah - sourpuss was on the telly yesterday saying that they might not be ready to field candidates in the Euro's as they might not meet the cutoff date (end of April)
