I agree. The worry is that many disillusioned leavers will vote for them, not because they share UKIP’s ideals but because they are the only party appearing to stand up for what they asked for.
There are others like Nigel Farage’s The Brexit Party and I have been looking into that but as far as I can tell there doesn’t seem to be any content to it. They don’t update their website or their facebook, they don’t respond to eMails.
My dilemma, when it comes to the local and european elections is who to vote for.
I will be voting because I think it is our duty to vote, I like the Australian idea of compulsory voting. But for the first time in over 30 years I won’t be voting conservative (I accept that probably won’t make any difference in such safe Conservative areas), I won’t vote Labour or LibDem.
So who knows, will have to wait to see what the other options are, but I may end up voting UKIP even though I don’t like what they have become, if they are the only one supporting my veiws on the EU.
