I agree with you, with a referendum so close you are always going to have a significant number of unhappy people. We have seen it over the last two years, even when looking for a deal, with no thoughts of 'no deal' we have seen numerous remainer individuals and groups protesting and trying to disrupt the process.
The difference, in my opinion, is that they were expressing there displeasure as losers as is there right, but if Brexit is cancelled then it will mean that the democratic result (however slim) has been disregarded.
I don't think there will be anarchy either way though - easy to say there will be anarchy but in reality people can't be arsed.
