Hi all
I am hoping someone can help me out I have a vintage AKG Austrian made microphone but it has no connector I want to fit an XLR connector but im struggling to work out the wiring although I do have the original diagram of the wires. the mike has a rocker switch which locks in the forward position lays horizontal in the off position  and has a on demand spring loaded in the back position any help would be appreciated. Opened up the mic and found the green and blue wires are not connected
cheers

If the technology is just a standard magnetic microphone ..which i suspect   then connect the xlr between the red and white.  You can check this out by just putting  those  connections into any amplifier and speaking into the microphone.
If you want to mute the microphone arrange the  switch to short out the red white connections.
You need to check the xlr pin connections to suit your amplifier..
