Mate wants to sell his inherited geet
Its in perfect condition with bigsby tremelo
Slightly faded but not scratched dented etc infact immaculate
Sadly no official case but does have a 1958 hard case with fluffy red interior!!!

He also has an AC30 vox from the same period not sure if its 3 or 4 inputs
Origional blue speakers
(Bloody heavy)
The cabinet vinyl however is repainted black and not the creamy origional colour

What are their values gang??????
Conflicting reports online!

Also where is the best place to sell them???

If I am not mistaken the origional purchase receipts are there and manuals

One owner...... the guitarist from Irelands Royal Showband and Blue Aces from the late 50’s early 60’s

To be completely unhelpful, it's worth what someone's prepared to pay for it. I'd suggest signing up to some Gretsch forums & getting some opinions from there, making sure you state you're UK based:

The Gretsch Discussion Pages

Gretsch-Talk

Possibly try a vintage dealer like Guitar Village.

Hi there! The price of vintage 6120's can vary pretty wildly depending on the condition, especially the binding and neck setting, and how much of the guitar is 100% original. If your mate hasn't sold it yet I'd suggest either a specialist auction house for vintage guitars (Several in the country),or even eBay or gumtree for maximum buyer interest (Although less seller protection). If the guitar is around here in the south I'd be pretty interested!
