Which Kindle?

I thought all kindles had this, but haven't been on holiday somewhere sunny during the time I have had a kindle to test it!

Got the voyage for Xmas. Loving it, was slightly concerned if I could read it like I can a book and its perfect, even in bed. Not tried it in sunlight but I think its the same as the others.

Did you get the origami case too? It's great, voyage fits in by magnets. Very impressive.

Just arrived today. Its a lovely case. Now I have one I can take it out and about.

Traded a 2013 paperwhite for a voyage and origami case. The 2013 had a very uneven backlight where the voyage is almost perfect.

Very nice bit of kit.

i have a paperwhite, and used it in the sun many times.  (just got back from jamaica yesterday where it had 2 weeks solid use in the sun)

The light auto sims in sunlight to prevent glare.

How did you get on with the sun cream and sweaty hands? Off to Jamaica soon myself.

I only use suncream for the first two days, bad I know, but wife and I go abroad every three months so my skin is accustomed to the sun.

I just wipe my hands after apply cream though.  Also, I don't get sweaty hands too much, but my head sweats like an 80s presenter up in court.

It drips onto the kindle if I am laying on my stomach.

I just wipe it off with the towel and everything is good.
