I don't mean losing a bidding war that's the whole point of eBay - I lost out on a book I was the winning bidder on as someone contacted the seller and offered a price to end the auction days before it was supposed to end without letting me know in case I would have counter bid.

Deciding whether to get arsey with the seller or not, as they have not replied to my question on ending the bid early, there is no reason listed, and its against ebay's policy to end a transaction.

How can I end my listing immediately?

See if you can complain to eBay I can't speak on this matter really there has been loads of times I've ended stuff for pll
