I think its different bulbs on the E92 but did mine with FIZZMO H8 40w Cree LED of ebay...

Edit, looks like the E90 Lci takes the same H8 bulb.

Daylight and headlights on but you can see how bright they are.

Its just side lights, don't seem to have any pictures with just the rings on. I did code them to be drl's and increased the voltage.

I looked at alot of ebay ones but the fizzmo got good reviews and light the outer ring better then some.

Ah right fair enough, the outer rings looks very bright. I've got the adaptive Xenons but as drls was just wanting to see how they look during the day.

I might just take a punt on them, they seem to be well brought on ebay. The others I was looking at was LUX but they are American and with shipping its over a 100 quid.

Yeah think I paid £35, took them of the car when I traded it in and sold them on for £20.

Managed to get them both in, what a struggle it was and my hands are scratched and marked to fudge.

If only both sides worked, one side seems to be dead. The original works but not the fizzmo led.

Try switching the connection around, as in swap   and -
If I remember correctly I thought one of mine was dead until I switched it around.

I've switched the wires over and tried both bulbs in each. One bulb works in both sides, the other doesn't work in any. What you mean   and -
