afternoon all!

So with our 1 series out of warranty and facing £55 a month to keep it doing I am having a look into the readability of changing our car for something newer.

We are a bit tight on width and length at home so needs to be similar to the 1 for space.

Enter the 2 series....

Now I’m not interested in “it’s not a real BMW” blah blah as so many people point out due to front wheel drive.

Does anyone on here own one?

If so what’s your thoughts?

I've had a Gran tourer for about a month and love it, only thing I've had is the collision warning light come on four times, it goes straight out again so not sure what brings it on as nothing is near enough to warrant it.

Considered one of these last month as the leases were so cheap on 218i M Sport. Seen worse people carriers on the road and you get familiar BMW quality.

Thanks

Do you have it on lease or finance at all? Interested in knowing if you got a deal at all?

Also what spec did you go for?

I got it on motability so yes a good deal.

220d xDrive Luxury, was worth paying a little more for the higher spec but would have had a lower spec if I had to.

Oh right fair enough,

Do you find it comfortable? We are looking at a 220d m sport that seems to have a good few options.

My minimum was m sport, auto, nav plus and LED headlights, so have to see what they come back with!

Check the driving the position. The GF had one as a loaner and took it back after a few miles!
