Now you have gotten the van back it's still worth having a cheeky moan directly to the manufacturer along the lines on I have purchased a commercial vehicle and you would expect the clutch and flywheel to be able to last much longer than it has. You never know they may agree to cover the repair or give you a voucher to cover a service.

Also on the video the dealership have sent you does it look like the clutch / flywheel have gotten hot? If they don't look like they got hot I would really challenge them to prove how your driving the van has caused the issue.

Same with a VW Golf at just under 2 years old with 70,000 odd miles on it and a knackered clutch. Other vehicles that were in the fleet were fine with the Golf being to only one to suffer like this.

I've shown the video to a couple of people now who do understand vehicles and both have gone from its impossible you caused it at 9k, to yep it's your fault.

@gds1972 I'll not have a checky moan at VW, as that would be against my moral code (I do have one ). I'll go to the ends of the earth when wronged, but I'll not pretend to be.

It's our secret Only had my T6 a few months. Not really used it much due to converting into a camper but so far loving it

For what it's worth, I would be shocked that a new van could be so badly treated as to cause the clutch innards to fail so early. Of the quoted possible causes only the riding could cause a total failure of the items mentioned but it would have to be stupidly poor technique even then.
As a contrast I ran two mk2 Micras for 100k each under what most people would consider tortuous conditions to no ill affect and they are known for having weak clutches.
So, that all said, I would either  1. Look again at the parts they took off ,  2. Never go near another T6  and 3. Have a driving assessment done asap as posts so far do not really suggest impressive mechanical sympathy.

It was stupidity there is a reason for the stupidity, but it doesn't really matter. Now that I know what I was doing wrong I have corrected it.
