I think Lou & I have reached the stage of grudging acceptance (of the car, not each other! - that occurred a couple of decades ago...). Aside from the crabbing issue, now covered up by the A/S tyres, the car remains a fine thing to blat around in. If only MB customer service weren't so woeful, we certainly won't be going back to them when it's time to replace it....
...On which subject a friend's cousin bought a C63S last October - a car I was once looking at for myself until neither the dealer nor MB UK could supply one for a test drive - he's owned it 7 months, of which he's been able to drive it for 7 WEEKS due to faulty electrical steering assistance. He's tried to reject but the dealer apparently isn't interested. |
