Looking at replacing the 2 front tyres on the Suzuki Swift (185/55/16R) now currently the tyres that are fitted are V (149MPH) rated for speed but the one I was looking at are H (130MPH) I checked my manual and it doesn't state a speed rating. Another is O/S/R which is the original tyre it has 5MM tread still but has started to crack in the tread do you reckon I should change that at the same time?

Cheers guys .

The tyre label on the door post or somewhere else on the car should quote a speed rating and a load index number - it is advisable to stick to the manufacturers specification.
I would guess that H would be more than OK, as it is for speeds of up to 130 MPH - an S or T rated tyre might be more appropriate (and less expensive).  The load index number is just as important.
Another factor is the age of the tyre - all (modern) tyres are date-stamped with the week & year number of production.  Tyres over 5-10 years old shouldn't be used without being checked by a tyre specialist.
Sounds like you might be better off by changing all 4 tyres - you can often get a deal / haggle when doing this.

The 4th tyre still has 7MM of tread (Punture) so no point replacing yet, yeah I checked the manual and the door card but it just states the tire size so I'm just going to go with what's fitted V and 83, the original tyre with cracking is nearly 6 years old so I'm going to change that aswell so I'll have 3 new and 1 newly new.

Thanks for your advice.

If you put the reg into Blackcircle it should come up with the suitable tyre

What's the spare like?

Often best to change all 4, especially if they differ to the 7mm one

Spare is still fine but it's a space saver, I'll look into buying the 4th next month.
