Hyundai i30 Warning Lights

Got into my car today after a day of being parked up and saw this on the dash.                                                                                

No power steering
No ESP
No start-stop
ABS error
TPS warning.

Car is a 2016 diesel. Absolutely no symptoms before this happened.

Anyone seen this before or any ideas?

Multiple warnings can suggest the battery is suspect. Get the car hooked up to a basic odb reader and check, then clear the fault codes. Take the car for a good run and see if they come back on.

I agree I would suspect the battery. But first I’d try and eliminate a glitch. Clear the codes as was said. Or simply switch the engine off lock the car and go back in. It could also be water that got into a place where it shouldn’t following the heavy rain. The least likely in my opinion is that you really have a problems with all those features at the same time

Left it overnight and it's still the same. Going to get the AA out to see if they can tell what's wrong. If not I'll get it into the dealer.

I had something similar in my 3 series when the crankshaft pulley failed. No power to the electrical systems. So some kind of electrical fault i’d say.

If the battery level dipped those lights would come on, and they'll stay on until you drive it for a bit. If it starts, drive it around the block (cautiously) and they will most likely go out as the ECU determines there is no fault..

Car runs and drives but is jerky when letting off the accelerator.

I've driven it 3 times for around 20-30mins and nothing has changed.

Had breakdown service out to it today and there were no fault codes. Also no belt issues visible.

They didn't have a battery tester on their truck though (company nominated by the AA).

It's now booked into Hyundai on Tuesday for repair. Hopefully it'll be covered under the warranty. Fingers crossed!

Could be a faulty alternator (or some other part of the charging system).
Diesels, once started, use very little power from the battery. Lights, radio, etc ise more I'd imagine. If you have a voltmeter check the voltage across the battery when the car is running. Should be 14.4 ish volts.

Just checked the voltage, 12.4 and dropping after I'd switched the engine off. 14.2ish when running.

Is this significant enough to point towards the alternator?
