I was truly blown away by this show's animation and potential for story and plot details. Although the show has a few minor flaws, such as the lack of true water animation. (a bit picky, but stay with me) the rest of the animation, such as the characters, is absolutely fantastic. The individual stories each have an excellent plot, each working together to form a reasonably coherent story. Each character contributes their own special part to the story, but Hiccup really stands out. I would easily recommend this to any How to Train Your Dragon fan, and anyone really looking for a good story. I am also really impressed at DreamWorks for making this. I mean, the animation is (mostly) pretty solid, and the characters are all really special. Just wonderful.
