Monk is one of the funniest, smartest shows out there. It combines drama and comedy perfectly and with the help of Tony Shalhoub, Monk is a really brilliant show with great actors. It gets increasingly better with each season and Shalhoub portrays Obsessive-Compulsive-Disorder (OCD) excellently and it is not hard to see why he is an emmy-award winning actor. Here in Australia, we are only shown episodes on pay-TV from season 1 & 2 which are just repeated over and over again, but are still entertaining. The crime and investigation is again done brilliantly in Monk and each episode is uniquely different from one another. The show also has a fantastic array of guest stars which also add to the shows respectability.
