Being entertained by movies and tv programs about criminals and criminal families has been happening for years. But, TNT's Animal Kingdom took this to a new and incredible level. Why do we care about this criminal family? Because they are made real by the script writers and by the actors, led by Ellen Barken. The most recent season, 2019, has been the most engaging and the most heart wrenching of them all. Adding Emily Deschanel to the cast was brilliant, as well. I'm not sure where this program will take us next Season but I'm looking forward to finding out.
