So the biggest news so far seems to be that Odell Beckham Jr is being traded by the Giants to the Cleveland Browns.  In return the Giants will get first and third round picks this year, plus safety Jabrill Peppers

OBJ only signed a new contract 6 months back, which in hindsight may have been as much to with leveraging more for a deal like this one as with keeping him in NYC.

From my own POV, as a Seahawks fan, we've had rumours about Russell Wilson moving to the Giants, as his wife (the famous pop star Ciarra) is keen to move to NYC.  For now, though, RW seems happy to play out his career in Seattle.  But if the Giants don't plan on signing a franchise QB in the draft to replace Manning, then I'm sure they'll be keen to force a move for another QB from a rival.

And now Gronk has announced his retirement. Not really surprising given his injury issues over the years.  He'll be a big miss for the Patriots.

My favourite time of the NFL year tbh! I love scouting players and seeing who goes where and taking part in mock drafts!

I do indeed, it took a while but I’m a Giants fan (did dabble with the Panthers but found Giants chose me like everyone said “let the team pick you”)

Lots of rumours about the Giants this year wrt a new QB. I heard one that they were considering a bid for Josh Rosen out of the Cardinals.

I'm a Seahawks fan so have to put up with all the horse-trading that Jon Schneider, our GM, does around the draft.  Hence staying up for it can be a chore.

Yep, Clarke has gone to the Chiefs and we've got some extra draft picks.  Given our salary cap issues are now more pressing after RW signed his new deal, it's no surprise that he's gone.  He'll be a miss for us as he's only 25 and improving, but we tend to trust our GM and Head Coach in their judgements...
