Disagree...there could of easily been another 14 points to England and their try was from mistake.

It was a beating.

Interesting comment - in what sense did you think Owens was sh*t?

Both English try's that were disallowed Owens went to the TMO, the second was a try all day and the first one could easily have been given and I've seen them given. Normally he will listen to reason from the captains but today he was not interested.

The TMO was worse, he got at least one of the decisions wrong and in my opinion both.

What a game that was, i've never seen an all blacks team get battered from start to finish like that.

England were awesome even the the ref and TMO tried to help the all blacks  on the two tries that were disallowed.

I actually thought Owens was good today even though he tends to favour the all blacks. I thought the 2 tries he disallowed were bad decisions and the TMO let him down there. The first one i can give hime that but the second one, it was almost like they were looking for a reason not to give the try. Which makes the win al the more satisfying.

I don't know enough about rugby to know the rules of the game. The first try that was ruled out confuses. I thought seeing how the off the ball England forward makes no attempt at blocking and it's actually the NZ player who initiates the block it would be a legal try.

I'm a long-way from being Owens' biggest fan (though I have met him a couple of times and heard him speak at a dinner) and (and this makes me VERY unpopular and a minority in Wales) this he's past his best and nowhere near the world #1 ref, but, speaking as a neutral, I think those were both correct calls. The first one, the player clearly ran in front of the ball carrier (putting himself offside), and the one in the rolling maul George (?) clearly loses possession of the ball, which is gathered by the player in front of him.
I've lost count of the number off times I've stood on the terrace screaming at the ref believing he's made a blunder with a decision, only to watch back on TV and find he was dead-right.

What concerns me most about rugby is the repeated reliance on the TMO at televised games (internationals, Pro14, Premiership, etc) and how people who then go and watch lower-level games expect the same level of observation, and when you're reliant on only 3 people (ref & 2 ARs) you'll never get it.

What a call that was by the Welsh to go for the scrum. Brilliant semi final!

Two well matched teams with a game decided by just three points. I'm obviously disappointed. Really a game decided on a South African penalty turnover when Wales were camped in their 22. That's what happens in tight games.

Well done SA. England, it should be your title.

Owens actually said his decision on the first disallowed try was 'on field decision is a try'. Over ruled by the TMO and video replay did show an England player off side. The second one with the ball in the maul is lost forward and regathered by a player in front of the ball carrier. Again a correct, if somewhat tight, decision.

You can't go ignoring the rules of the game and with video reference it's almost impossible to get away with decisions like that. Sometimes it happens and teams ride their luck. Wales had two tries disallowed in one of the group matches on the TMO recall. England won through a dominant display.
