It's listed as a comedy, but nothing funny happened. It wasn't a failed attempt either. There simply was no jokes. I thought it was sort of disturbing in a hokey way. The villains head was tiny and the dolls were interesting. The band in the cage and clown faces butler made me think the villain wanted to surround himself with oddities, since he was odd. Without giving anything away, at one point, I thought the movie hit an ingenious plot twist when villain #2 had a plan to manipulate villain #1. Had they carried that out and made that work in the story, I would have definitely giving this a higher rating! Still, as it is, it's kind of a dumb movie but with redeeming aspects that keep me from giving a lot rating. It's worth seeing once.
