This movie was a solid 6, until the last 10 min, then the writers just couldn't help themselves they had to ruin it.
For a majority of the movie it was not only a good suspenseful thriller, but a good mystery. Because it is not clear exactly what the kidnapper wants. Then the movie does a good job of dropping hints all along the ride, until finally the big reveal. This was all ok and made for an entertaining movie. Then we get to the big climax ending and it's hero vs villain 1v1. There is good battle and eventually the hero shoots the villain in the head, yes I said head. So game Over right? Nope, in good old fashion Jason vorhese style, the villain shrugs off the knife would he received earlier in the movie, the severe concision from the shuttle crash, the large piece of mirror the was shoved through his leg, and oh yeah the bullet to the forehead, he then rose up, overpowered or heroine, threw her in a shipping container and off she went.
Really guys? Way to ruin your movie! News flash, when you are sitting in writers room and someone says, "hey let's have the bad guy not really be dead" fire him immediately!
