I think the subjects they touched required a deeper introspection than what the movie offers. The stories just scratch the surface but leave a lot unsaid to the viewers imagination. Content justifying extra marital affairs for women have become a norm these days. Problem is the way it is portrayed, it would influence a lot of pseudo feminists to consider it is 'OK' or not a big deal. While following your heart is a theme worthy to explore, it needs to be presented properly ( like in Kabhi Alvida...) and here I think it was handled poorly, especially in the last story.
