This one centres around finding a young woman, known to Jesse, dead in a rather posh car on the highway. What follows is for the most part somewhat bland and dull, which differs somewhat from the rest of these films. Clearly, in time, the actual title becomes clear. Jesse isn't in charge of the police force at the time so is hired to help out. Having watched a 2nd time, there wont be a 3rd, which I wouldn't say about any of the others
