His popularity was big with the 20's crowd with that 70's show and he's had nothing but bad roles since. Or maybe he's just a poor actor. Can't watch past the first episode as his schtick gets annoying fast.
Other characters are as expected hitting on all the demographics for a chance to catch anyone's attention. A shotgun approach.
