I thought the 1st hour of this Stabler return to SVU was great. I'm sorry but then the second hour took over & was a total disaster! Stabler still has an out of control explosive temper. He went off on his own with no back up to meet up with an "informant."
Instead of learning restraint & maturity Eliot is still a hot tempered jerk. He doesn't act like a seasoned well trained police agent investigating international crimes. I was very disappointed that Olivia actually allowed Stabler in an interrogation room with a suspect. I felt like a 12 year old solving my first Nancy Drew mystery. I seemed as if I had read the script beforehand. I like there to be some surprise as to who dies, who did it and why.
I shall watch one more episode to see if it improves.
BTW how many 60 year old cops really jump over a car in hot pursuit ? Lol.
