It was initially intriguing and an interesting premise... but after 3 or 4 episodes the writing degenerated rapidly, and disgustingly so. Things stated at the beginning of an episode were belied by the end of the episode. A child with Doe's DNA starts a manhunt for the "real father" for instance, who may or may not be Doe.
That was only the most dramatic plot hole in a series so full of plot holes that episodes became impossible to follow.
After the first couple episodes I was intrigued. By the time I got to the the sixth I was not just bored but insulted and haven't watched any since.
